The way of thinking is the bridge between culture and language. The reasons why culture cannot be translated lie in the differences in the way of thinking and the regionalism of culture. The super-regionalism is the condition with which culture can be translated. And it is the super-regionalism of culture that makes cross-culture communication possible.
