慢性血液透析患者Kt/V标准差(б_(Kt/V))与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的关系探讨

目的 了解慢性血液透析患者Kt/V标准差 (бKt/V)与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的关系 ,探讨бKt/V在透析患者综合临床状况分析中的指示性作用。方法 本研究选择慢性维持性血液透析患者80例测定血液透析开始后 2h收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压 ,随机抽取每位透析患者 5次Kt/V ,计算бKt/V,观察其与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压相关关系。结果 血液透析患者бKt/V与透析开始后 2h收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压呈正相关 (r1=0 .4 0 0 ,P <0 .0 1;r2 =0 .2 5 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ;r3 =0 .36 7;P <0 .0 1)。结论 血液透析患者的血压控制与透析治疗条件的掌握密切相关 ,血液透析后患者血压的变化是血液透析治疗效果的重要指标之一。慢性血液透析患者бKt/V范围是反映血液透析患者血液透析治疗质量的重要参数。бKt/V可作为透析患者综合临床状况分析的一项重要指标。

Objective To understand the relationship between standard deviation of Kt/V(б_ Kt/V ) and the systolic, diastolic and the mean blood pressure of chronic maintenance hemodialysis patients, investigating the role of б_ Kt/V in the evaluation of the general clinic condition of the hemodialysis patients. Methods This investigation observed the blood pressure change 2hs after the hemodialysis starting and calculated the б_ Kt/V , analyzed the relationship of б_ Kt/V and the systolic, diastolic and the mean blood pressure of chronic maintenance hemodialysis patients. Results We have found that there is a significant positive correlation between the blood pressure change and the range of б_ Kt/V (r_1=0.400, P<0.01; r_2=0.255, P<0.05; r_3=0.367; P<0.01). The blood pressure control closely dependent on the quality of the hemodialysis therapy, The blood pressure change after hemodialysis is an important indicator of the effect of the hemodialysis procedure. Cunclusion The б_ Kt/V range of of the chronic maintenance hemodialysis patients is a valuable reference for the hemodialysis quality. б_ Kt/V can be an important indicator for the evaluation of the general clinic condition of the chronic maintenance hemodialysis patients.
