摘要
对所研制的免耕播种机中驱动式圆盘松土铲的运动参数进行了分析,并对驱动式圆盘松土铲单位体积功耗W、机组前进速度V和刀轴转速N之间的关系进行了试验与研究,建立了数学模型。用计算机对运动参数进行了优化计算,为驱动式圆盘松土铲的改进设计与运动参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。
The kinematics parameters of no-tillage planter in driving disk scarifer was analyzed. The relationship between power comsumption of unit volume(W), advanced speed of mechanical composition (v) and axial velocity(n) had been researched on the basis of experimentation. The mathematical model was established. By means of computer, the optimization-parameters had obtained so that it can provide a good deal of scientific data for the advanced rinrovement and the latest design of driving disk scarifer.
