摘要
该文阐述了六西格玛模式的概念和内涵 ,总结了六西格玛在医院质量管理、效率管理和提升医院文化等方面的作用 ,同时结合我国国内两家医院应用六西格玛管理的实践经验 ,指出在医院中应用六西格玛模式会遇到的阻力和困难。
This paper elaborates what six-sigma is and its functions in quality control,efficiency management and culture construction of hospital. Through analyzing two cases of six-sigma applied in hospitals,the authors point out what difficulties would occur when six-sigma is used in hospital management.
