摘要
针对多元多相弥散析出微粒,提出了萃取分离和电子探针结合的分析技术,以克服传统单一测试方法的局限,成功实测了几种新钢种的弥散析出相。以模具钢(5CrNiMoVSi)为例介绍该方法的原理和程序。该方法对与基体含量悬殊的多元微细相的定性定量分析具有普遍意义。
An analytical technology was developed for the determination of each fraction of multi-element and multi-phase fine particles, such as primary carbides in steels and GP region in aluminum alloy with chemical extraction and EPMA. The new procedure was successfully applied to the analysis of new mold steels of 5CrNiMoVSi.
