摘要
研究了雀稗麦角菌产麦角碱发酵条件。通过正交实验确定了影响雀稗麦角菌产碱的主要因素为色氨酸,其次是琥珀酸胺,进一步用单因素分析方法探讨了各影响因素的浓度与产碱量之间的关系,确定了较为理想的发酵条件,即:色氨酸0.1%、甘露醇10%、琥珀酸胺4%、MgSO4·7H2O 0.025%,用氨水调pH 5.2,于24-26℃,使用二级种子摇瓶发酵培养,经11-13 d培养,平均产碱率为58.6 mg·L-1。
The paper studied ferment condition of Claviceps paspali to producing ergot alkali. The main factors which affected ergot alkali production were tryptophane and succinamide by the method of latin square L18(37). Single factor test was further used to analyzing the rule of ergot alkali production. The ideal incubation condition was determined as following: tryptophane 0. 1%, mannitol 10%, succinamide 4%, MgSO4·7H2O 0. 025%, pH 5. 2 adjusted with ammonia, 24-26℃ in shake flasks for 11-13 d. The average content of ergot alkali was 58. 6 mg·L-1 under above condition .
