摘要
为了开发油菜籽皮资源 ,对油菜籽皮中提取原花色素进行了研究 ,并对其清除羟自由基的能力进行了测定。研究表明 ,1t油菜籽皮 (含水 10 % )可提取 2 3 6kg原花色素 ,其对羟自由基的清除率为 6 9% ,是松树皮原花色素对羟自由基清除率的 5倍多。因此 ,油菜籽皮具有很高的开发利用价值。
In order to promote the development and utilization of rapeseed hull ,the extraction of proanthocyanidins from rapeseed hull and the scavenging effect of proanthocyanidins on hydroxyl radical were studied.The results show that 23.6 kg proanthocyanidins can be obtained from 1 t rapeseed hull (containing 10% water),and the scavenging rate is 69% which is over 4 times than that of pine bark.
