改良带黑色虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术初步观察

A preliminary study on implantation of modified black diaphragm intraocular lens

目的 探讨改良式带黑色虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术治疗无虹膜无晶状体眼的疗效。方法 在 12点方位距角膜缘约 2 5mm做一“V”型双隧道切口深达 1/2巩膜厚度。植入带黑色虹膜隔人工晶状体 ,4点固定。结果 随访 3～ 12月 2例术后矫正视力分别为 0 4和 0 5 ,散光度 + 0 75DC× 47°和 -1 0 0DC× 92° ,无畏光不适。

Objective To study the preliminary effects of modified black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation on aphakia with aniridia.Methods A `V' type double tunnel incision, which 2.5mm away from the limbus cornea and half depth of the sclera was made. A black diaphragm intraocular lens was implanted through the incision and was fixed in four points.Results After 4-12 months of follow-up, the postoperative best corrected visual acuity was 0.4 and 0.5, respectively. Phatophobia was not found in the eyes and astigmatism were+0.75DC×47° and-1.00DC×92°. Conclusion Implantation of modified black diaphragm intraocular lens is a safe and effective way in the management of aphakia with aniridia.
