摘要
介绍了近代的植物体细胞杂交研究发展历程,进一步综述了近年来植物不对称体细胞杂交和植物配子-体细胞杂交方面的研究进展以及存在的困难。
Advances on somatic hybridization as well as its history and development in plants were reviewed.Moreover advances and problems on asymmetric somatic hybridization and gametosomatic hybridization in recent years were also discussed.
