摘要
对磷化防护层在较高温度的除氢、涂装等处理后其耐腐蚀能力下降的机理进行了分析,并对不同种类、厚度及后处理方案所得到的磷化层的耐蚀性能进行了对比性试验研究。结果表明,一般的磷化工艺技术在高温和某些特定条件下均存在明显不足之处,而使用本研究的工艺方案可获得满意的耐蚀性效果。
Anticorrosion performance of phosphating coating decreased after dehydrogenating and finishing treatment under high temperature, and the reason was analyzed. The corrosion resistances of phosphating coatings with different varieties, thickness and after-treatment methods were compared. The results show that under high temperature and certain conditions, some obvious disadvantages exist in general phosphating technique. The corrosion resistance of phosphating coating by present technology is satisfied.
