摘要
综述了美发护发化妆品中植物蛋白的各种类型,并对植物蛋白对头发的调理作用机理进行了分析概括。来源于天然产物的植物蛋白及其衍生物对头发具有良好的亲和性、调理性和保湿能力,可广泛用于各种美发护发化妆品中。并提示随着蛋白质化学科学的发展,植物蛋白在美发护发化妆品中的应用会更广泛。
The different kinds of vegetable protein in hair care products were summarized.The condition mechanism of vegetable protein on hair was analyzed.Vegetable protein hydrolysates and their derivatives come from natural plants and have good affinites for hair.They are widely used in hair care products as conditioners and moisturizers.With the development of protein chemistry science,there would be more applications of vegetable protein in hair care cosmetics.
