Development of a non-phosphate built laundry power formulation

开发了一种性能成本比相对理想的无磷洗衣粉配方。通过一组正交实验的优化组合,得到一个以层状硅酸钠STHS-I为代磷助剂的无磷洗衣粉配方。将该配方与几种市售无磷粉进行了去污力、灰分沉积性能的对比。同时考察其性能成本比。结果表明,该配方在有较好的性能成本比的情况下,完全可以达到或超过市售无磷粉的水平。

Through the conduction of a set of experiments based upon orthogonal design,an optimal formulation using layered sodium silicate STHS-1 as non-phosphate builder was developed.This new formulation has a better cost/performance ratio.Product made in accordance with this formulation were compared with some non-phosphate built laundry powder purchased from the market with respect to detergency and ash deposition performance.At the same time their cost/performance ration was carefully evaluated.The results show that product made in accordance with this formulation can achieve similar or better performance level at an improved cost/performance ratio.
