摘要
以常规试剂乙缩醛和苯甲醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,采用分水器内装无水氯化钙以吸收反应生成的乙醇,进行回流的反应方式,通过醇交换法,一步合成了叶青素。采用了正交试验对工艺条件进行了优化,乙缩醛与苯甲醇的摩尔比为7∶1,反应4h,产率为66 6%,并考察了反应物摩尔比和反应时间对产率的影响。通过红外光谱和气质联用等分析手段,对产物进行了结构确证。
Cyanophyll was prepared by the reaction of acetal and benzyl alcohol in the presence of toluene-p-sulfonic acid as calalyst. Base upon orthogonal experimetal design,the effects on the yield against mole ratio of reactants and reaction time was investigated and the optimized reaction condition were found as: mole ratio of acetal and benzyl alcohol is 7 to 1;(reactants) for about 4 h with the removal of ethyl alcohol formed by anhydrous calcium chloride.The yield of cyanophyll is 66.6 %. The finished product was analyzed and confirmed by GC,IR and GC-MS.
