摘要
基于绿色切削的理念,利用硬质合金刀具进行了高速铣削钛合金TC4的单因素试验,得出了径向切深、轴向切深、每齿进给和铣削速度对铣削力的影响规律;比较分析了干铣削、氮气油雾和空气油雾介质下铣削力的变化特点。
Based on the theory of green machining,the changing rules of milling forces during high speed milling TC4are studied,through experiments with single milling parameters.The rules of milling forces are investigated under the conditions of drying milling and nitrogen-oil-fog and air-oil-fog.
