摘要
针对当前普遍使用的液力自动变速器(AT)存在着传动效率低,结构复杂,制造成本高等缺点,研究了无级变速器(CVT)的工作原理,采用了由动态三参数确定目标速比的控制策略,设计了CVT的电控系统,该系统完全克服了AT存在的不足。并在韩国大宇MatiZⅡ轿车上长时间的试用和测试,结果表明样车达到了原车的性能指标。
In this paper, aiming at the problems of low efficiency of driver,complicated structure and highly expensive of AT, CVT's working principle is researched.Ideal speed ratio is ensured by three dynamic parameters. The controlling overcomes the AT's shortcomings. Through long-term trials and tests at KOREA MatizII car,the result indicates that the capacity of our experimental car comes up to that of archetypal car on the whole.
