采用简单辅助电路的ZVZCS全桥PWM变频器

摘要 提出了一种新的带有简单辅助电路的零电压和零电流开关(ZVZCS)的全桥脉宽调制式(PWM)变频器,辅助电路不设耗能电阻和有源开关,实现主开关器件的软切换,并阐述了电路的工作原理和设计思想。通过实验变频电路证实,此变频电路具有辅助电路简单、效率高、整流器二极管承受的电压低和环流自动调节等优点,适用于高电压和大功率的应用场合。 This paper presents a new ZVZCS full-bridge PWM converter with a simple auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary circuit does not use lossy resistors and active switches. It achieves soft-switching of primary switches. The converter has features including high efficiency,lower voltage stress of the rectifier diode and self-adjustment of the circulating circuit. It is suitable for high voltage and high power applications. The principles of operation and design considerations are presented and verified on a experimental converter.
