摘要 基于肌红蛋白对NADH与H2O2之间的反应具有催化作用,提出了一种催化荧光光谱测定NADH的新方法.在实验选定的最佳反应条件下,该反应体系的荧光强度与NADH的浓度在1.6×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为4.1×10-8mol/L.对1.0×10-6mol/LNADH的标准样品作了9次重复测定,其相对标准偏差RSD=4.6%. A new fluorescence catalytic method for determination of NADH was proposed. This method was based on the myoglobin as mimetic enzyme of peroxidase for catalyzing the reaction between NADH and H_2O_2. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graph for the determination of NADH is in the range of 1.6×10^(-7)-2.0×10^(-5) mol/L, and the detect limit is 4.1×10^(-8)mol/L. The relative standard deviation is 4.6% for 1.0×10^(-6) mol/L (n=9).
