摘要
采用微波辐射的方法合成四苯基卟啉,分析和讨论了溶剂、催化剂、微波辐射时间及微波输出功率等因素对合成产率的影响.结果表明:在溶剂为硝基苯、催化剂为氯乙酸、微波功率为195W、反应时间为6min的条件下合成四苯基卟啉,最高产率可达35.94%,优于文献结果.
Tetraphenyl-porphyrin was synthesized with microwave radiant method. The influence of solvent, catalyst, reactional period, reactional concentration and microwave radiant power in TPP synthesis on the yield of product has been analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that the yield of tetraphenylporphyin may reach as high 35.94% under the condition of the uses of nitrobenzene as solvent, chloroacetic acid as catalyst and 195 W microwave intermittent radiation for 6 min.
