摘要
模拟用户的拉丝工艺条件 ,对中心缩孔方坯轧制的ER70S - 6焊丝用高线盘条进行拉拔试验。拉拔试验结果表明 :单道次压缩率宜控制在 2 0 %~ 30 % ,总压缩率为 95 %时增加的最大强度为 70 0MPa ;中心缩孔坯在轧制的过程中能够愈合 ,对拉拔没有明显的影响 ;组织为铁素体 +细珠光体 +粒状贝氏体的盘条拉拔性能较好 ;
To simulate wire drawing process conditions of consumers,the ER70S-6 high speed wire rod for welding wire,which is rolled with shrinkage void square billet at center,is drawn. The drawing test result shows that the single draught had better be controlled at 20% to 30%,when total draught is up to 95%,maximum strength addition is 700 MPa. The shrinkage void in the center of billet can close up as rolling,which has no obvious effect on drawing. The wire rod whose microstructure is composed of ferrite, fine pearlite and granular bainite has better drawing property. The drawing process after acid pickling and calcareousness coating is obviously better than direct drawing process after rinding.
