摘要
采用车用汽油机改装的天然气发动机驱动制冷压缩机,进行发动机能量平衡实验;通过实验测试,分析了在制冷机变工况运行的情况下,发动机的轴功、冷却水余热、尾气余热的变化规律,为天然气发动机空调系统中余热的回收利用提供可靠的依据。
A petroleum engine was adapted to natural gas to drive a refrigerating compressor. Experiments were carried out to measure the performance of gas-engine while the compressor operated under changing conditions. The energy balance of gas-engine, namely the percentage of shaft power output, cooling water heat, and exhaust gas heat, under variable chilling loads, was analyzed. The result of the research in this paper can be used to guide study and development of waste heat utilization in natural-gas engine-driven chilling systems.
