摘要
42例尖锐湿疣进行了HPV-DNA序列,HPV抗原和电镜检查。36例(85.7%)HPV-DNA序列检测阳性。其中单一型感染9例,混合型感染27例。以HPV_(11)阳性最多,计32例,HPV_(6b)26例,HPV_(16)19例,HPV_(18)6例。HPV抗原阳性28例(66.7%)。15例查见病毒颗拉(35.7%)。总计阳性率为90.5%(38/42例)。文中对三项检查结果作了比较和分析。
Detection of HPV virus, DNA sequences, and antigen with condyloma was performed in 42 cases with condyloma acuminata. HPVDNA sequence was positive in 36 cases (85.7%). 9 cases were found to contain single types of HPV-DNA. and the other 27 cases had two or more types of HPV-DNA, Cases with positive HPV6b, HPV11, HPV16 or HPV18 DNA sequences were 26,32,19 and 6, respectively. HPV antigens detected immunohistochemically were found in 28 cases (66.7%), and HPV were observed in 15 cases (35.7%). The total positive rate was 90.5(38/42). these results showed that in the sence of diagnosis, HPV-DNA sequence detction may be the most valuale method
