摘要
用2种真菌分别与细菌混合后的混合菌液和混合粉剂对棉铃虫进行毒力测定。结果表明,混合菌液的12种配方中,代号E、A致病速度较快,效果较好;在混合粉剂中,代号E、d、c的致病效果较好,速度较快。2类混剂均可保存1年以上而仍保持活性和毒力。
In this paper,virulence of liquid and powder mixture of fungi and bacterium to Helicorepa armigera were tested.The results showed as follows: (1)Among the 12 kinds of prescriptions,virulence of E and A to Helilorepa armigera is higher than that of other liquid mixtures and the virulence of E,d and c to Helicorepa armigera is the higher than that of other power mixtures.(2)The mixtures in liquid or in powder forms both retain higher virulence over one year.
