The Clinical Significance of Specific Cutaneous Lesions of Patients with SLE (An analysis of 141 cases of SLE)

作者分三组(慢性盘状皮肤LE,急性皮肤LE和无皮损)分析141例SLE病人的临床、实验室检查及免疫学指标,发现有盘状LE损害的病人肾病发生率低,内脏损害轻;而无皮损病人肾病发生率高,内脏损害重。认为盘状皮损可作为SLE病情较轻的一个指标。

Several clinical, laboratory, and immunological examinations were performed in 141 patients with SLE, which were subdivided into three groups: chronic (discoid) cutaneous LE, acute cutaneous LE (facial butterfly blush), and no LE-specific cutaneous lesions. Patients with discoid LE had low incidence of lupus nephropathy and mild visceral involvement, whereas the patients with acute cutaneous LE were contrary to them. It suggests that the discoid LE lesion may be a mild sign to patients with SLE.
