摘要
用正交设计法研究了不同生长调节剂组合和不同天然营养附加成分组合的培养基对试管米麻快速增殖生长的影响。结果表明,以增殖度描述试管米麻增殖生长状况较为适宜,其中细胞分裂素6 BA和天然营养成分是影响试管米麻增殖度的主要因素。试管米麻增殖生长的最佳培养基配比为:1/2MS+6 BA1 0mg·L-1+NAA0 5mg·L-1+菌液20g·L-1。
Effect of media containing different phytohormones and natural substances on the small stem tubers propagation in vitro was studied by L_9(3~4) orthogonal design.The experimental results showed that the propagation degree was more suitable parameter to indicate the growth condition of Gastrodia elata,while 6-BA and natural substances were the main factors and the best media for Gastrodia elata fast propagation was 1/2MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L^(-1)+NAA0.5 mg·L^(-1)+extracts from fungus 20 g·L^(-1).
