对人才资源中“知识失业”现象的探析

我国现阶段人才资源中呈现出的知识失业现象与知识劳动者的供给、需求以及观念等多方面因素有关。为防止知识失业现象在我国进一步蔓延,必须加大高等教育改革力度,使高校的教学模式与社会需要相适应;相应调整用人单位的人事制度;形成统一的有利于人才自由流动和公平竞争的服务体系;转变知识劳动者的就业观念,鼓励其自主创业。

Nowdays knowledge unemployment's phenomenon has appeared in our country. Perhaps it pertains to a lot of factors, such as the factors of the supply, demand and sense of capacity for knowledge labor. For preventing the phenomenon's drawing out, we must carry out some measure, which involves enlarging reform of higher education and making it's model adapt social needs, relevantly adjusting human affairs systems, forming the system of serve for talent's freely flowing and fair competition, changing obtain employment sense of knowledge labor as well as encouraging to do pioneering work themselves.
