摘要
介绍高密度钨基合金部件的超声检测技术。在对材料声学特性参数进行研究的基础上,根据部件具体形状设计了超声检测方案和对比试块,并优选了检测参数,完成了一批次部件的内部质量检测。对检测结果的分析和验证表明,其内部主要为孔隙类缺陷,产生原因可能是烧结厚度太厚所致。
Ultrasonic testing technology for high-density tungsten alloy parts was introduced. According to the shapes of the parts, ultrasonic testing project and parameters were optimized and reference block was designed. The analysis of ultrasonic testing result indicated that main defects in the alloy were porosities likely caused by sintering thickness.
