摘要 臭氧消毒矿泉水中易产生副产物BrO-3,采用加入AgNO3沉淀Cl-的方法消除干扰,以1.7mmol·L-1NaHCO3和1.8mmol·L-1Na2CO3的混合液为淋洗液,利用Dionex 100型离子色谱仪,AS12A阴离子交换色谱法,对济南地区水源臭氧消毒矿泉水进行了分析,检测出了BrO-3,方法准确、可靠、易行。 IC was applied to the determination of bromate in mineral water. The interference of chloride ion was eliminated by the addition of an appropraite amount of AgNO_3 solution. DX-100 Ion-chromatograph was used for the analysis, using AS12A as separation column. A mixed solution composing of 1.7mmol·L^(-1) Na_2HCO_3 and 1.8mmol·L^(-1) Na_2CO_3 was used as eluant at a flow-rate of 1.0ml·min^(-1). Sampling volume of 25μl was used, and conductometric detection was used in the final determination. RSD′s (n=6) obtained was 1.0% and recoveries were in the range 95.5%~102.0%.
