摘要
从认识CRM、cRM的发展必然性谈起,阐明CRM对中小企业实施电子商务起着关键作用,CRM 是提高中小企业核心竞争力的有效途径;并结合我国中小企业的现状,提出问题的解决思路。
The paper clarifies the vital rale of CRM in implementing e-commerce in small-sized and medium-sized enterprises in terms of the necessity of knowing and developing CRM, which has been regarded as the effective may of promoting enterprise core competence. In the paper some proposals are raised in view of the current conditions of our country.
