摘要
尽管传统的外包战略认为外包核心业务是危险的,但在动态多变的市场竞争中,核心业务仍然可以外包。在剖析了在追赶竞争对手、顺应价值链的改变、应对新技术的挑战和抓住新市场的四种情况下,对核心业务进行外包的必要性和可行性。提出了外包伙伴的选择战略问题及对中国管理者的启示。
Although the traditional outsourcing strategy holds the outsourcing of core business risky. However, in the dynamic competitive environment, core business can and ought be outsourced. This paper anatomizes the necessity and feasibility of outsourcing core business under the following circumstances such as to beat rivals, to meet changable client needs, to conform to technology shift and to grasp newly emerging market. Meanwhile, this paper proposes some strategies for selecting partners, which may some what benefit Chinese managers.
