摘要
以26年生白露仔锥栗为试材,研究了温度、生长调节剂、硼酸等因子对锥栗花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:30~35℃温度条件最适于锥栗花粉萌发和花粉管的伸长,且低温有利于锥栗花粉的贮藏;不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)对锥栗花粉的萌发和花粉管的伸长均有促进作用,50mg/L的GA3对花粉萌发效果最好;0.1%~0.5%硼酸(H3BO3)可促进白露仔花粉萌发。
The effects of temperature, growth regulator, H_3BO_3 etc. on the germination of the pollen of Castanea henryi Rehd et wils were studied by using Bailuzi (a local variety) as the experimental material. The results showed: temperature of 30~35 ℃ was the optimum for the germination of the pollen and the stretch of the pollen tube of Castanea henryi, and low temperature was favourable to the storage of pollen. GA_3 of different concentrations enhanced the germination of pollen and the stretch of pollen tube, and GA_3 of the concentration of 50 mg/L had the best effect. H_3BO_3 of the concentration enhanced the germination of pollen.
