摘要 通过对江西四种类型的野葛主要化学成分的分析,结果显示:野葛的根、茎、叶中含有丰富的营养成分,茎和根中含有大量的药用成分。在这四种类型的野葛中,大花叶大根型野葛的茎叶适合饲用,根的食用价值高;小叶小根型野葛药用价值最高。 The major nutrient and medical contents of four types of Pueraria cobata (Willd.) Ohwi from Jiangxi namely, types of small-leaf and small-root, large-flower-leaf and large-root, large-leaf and deep-crack and large-root, large-leaf and shallow-crack and large-root, were analyzed. The results showed that there was a rich nutrient content in leaf, stem and root, and a large medical content in stem and root. The large-flower-leaf-type and large-root type were best for the fodder and food respectively. The small-leaf type and small-root type were best for medical use.
