禽流感病毒分子生物学研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 禽流感是由A型流感病毒引起鸡、火鸡、鸭、鹅、鹌鹑等家禽的传染病。禽流感病毒H5N1亚型于1997年、H9N2亚型于1999年、H7N7亚型于2003年和H5N1亚型于2004年先后发生感染人的事件,人们不得不重新认识禽流感的公共卫生意义。本文综述了禽流感病毒的基因组、主要蛋白及其功能、毒力分子学基础、分子生物学诊断和疫苗研究等。 Avian influenza is an infectious disease in chicken, turkey, duck, goose, partridge and so on. Avian Influenza Virus(AIV) H_5N_1 in 1997, H_9N_2 in 1999, H_7N_7 in 2003 and H_5N_1 in 2004 infected human beings successively so that people understand the public sanitation significance of avian influenza. The genome, main protein and its function, virulence elements on molecular biology, diagnosis on molecular biology and vaccine research are summarized in this paper.
