教育层次提升与教育内容扩展——从德国IT领域继续教育方案看我国高职定位 被引量:21

Elevation of Educational Level and Expansion of Educational Contents ——To Review the Position of Higher VE of China From the Further Educational Plan in the Field of IT of Germany

摘要 德国IT领域继续教育方案的出台 ,其相关职业资格标准和职业资格层次的界定 ,特别是它与高等学校学历层次相互衔接的等值处理 ,表明了教育层次的纵向提升与教学内容的横向扩展 ,是动态的社会发展与个性发展的需要。借鉴德国经验 ,我国高等职业教育在纵向教育层次上应完成专科、本科、硕士三级结构定位以及学历与培训两类功能定位 ,在教学内容上则应完成职业能力本位的培养目标定位以及工作过程导向的课程结构定位。 The vertical elevation of educational level and the lateral expansion of educational contents were needed by dynamic development of society and personality. The situation could be indicated by following factors: the introduction of the further educational plan in the field of IT of Germany, relevant vocational qualification standards, demarcation of vocational level, the linkage by equivalent handling between the further educational plan and academic level of higher educational institutions. By learning experiences of Germany, it can be found that the structural position on the three levels of junior college, university and master's degree could be identified on vertical educational level. Two kinds of functional position could be identified for academic qualification and training. The position of vocational competence oriented training target and the position of working process oriented course structure could be identified in the aspect of teaching contents.
