摘要
采用外周血淋巴细胞培养方法对39例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者和22例一级亲属进行淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率和细胞周期动力学(CK)测定,发现SLE患者和亲属的SCE频率明显增高,细胞周期延长,细胞增殖率下降,提示SLE患者存在着淋巴细胞质和量的异常,遗传因素在SLE发病中起重要作用;这种遗传素质的来源不仅存在于亲代亲属之间,而且存在于同胞亲属。
The rates of sister chromatid exchange(SCE) and cell kinetics were scored in short—term cultivated peripheral lymphocytes taken from 39 SLE patients and 22 of their first degree relatives. Higher SCE frequencies, delayed cell circle and reduction of proliferating rate index (PRI)were fround in these two groups. This suggested that SLE was associatd with primary DNA repair defects,abnormalities of lymphocytes in function and number. The elevated SCE frequencies reflected the predisposing genetic basis on SLE which might exist among all of their first degree relatives.
