Analysis and Application of Game Theory in Information Publication of Issued Companies

结合我国证券市场上上市公司信息披露问题的现状 ,运用博弈论的方法 ,对上市公司和证券市场监管者建立相应的博弈模型 ,从理性经济人的角度分析了双方的博弈行为选择 。

In this paper,we build the game models between the issued companies and the markets supervisor under the present situation of Chinese markets.The behavior selection of the two parties is analyzed.In the view of rational man,related solutions are proposed on the improving the efficiency of supervision over the issued companies’information publication.
