摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧 ,人才成为国有建筑企业竞争的重点和难点 ,尤其是入世后 ,这种人才形势将给国有建筑企业提出更为严峻的挑战。导致这一结果的原因是企业本身前景不佳 ,人才发展机制和人才管理工程落后。而要突破这种困局 ,应采取爱惜人才、建立合理的人才机制。
With harsh market competition, talent condition becomes the emphesis and difficulties of state-owned construction companies. Especially after entering WTO, this disadvantage about talent condition will challenge more severely on state-owned construction companies. The cause lies in doom prospective, fall-behind talent development and management system of these companies. In order to overcome the dilemma,state-owned construction companies should really care for talents, build reasonable talent system,talent source teams,talent development environment.
