老智灵口服液对血管性痴呆患者血小板功能的影响

Study of the effects of laozhiling liquid on the platelet function in patients with vascular dementia

目的探讨老智灵口服液对血管性痴呆 (VD)患者血小板活化因子 (PAF)、血小板功能及其认知功能的影响。方法认知功能评价采用简易精神状态检查量表 (MMSE)、日常生活能力量表 (ADL) ;VD患者分为老智灵组 ( 3 9例 )和银杏制剂组 ( 3 2例 ) ;对照组为 2 6例中枢神经系统非器质性疾病患者 ;测定患者血小板激活因子 (PAF)、血小板粘附率 (PAdT)、血小板聚集率 (PAgT) ,血小板膜α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 14 0 )的改变。结果老智灵组、银杏制剂组治疗前MMSE( 10 .64± 1.98,12 .3 6± 1.46)、ADL( 62 .3 7± 6.46,60 .80± 8.2 5 )评分与对照组 (MMSE2 8.12± 1.3 0 ,ADL2 5 .3 5± 4.40 )有显著差异 ,治疗后显著改善 ;两组治疗前PAF、PAdT、PAgT和GMP 14 0均显著高于对照组 ,治疗后显著改善。结论VD患者血小板激活因子和血小板功能亢进 ,与患者认知功能障碍的发生、发展有关 ;老智灵口服液可显著改善血小板功能 ,改善VD患者认知功能。

Objective To investigate the therapy effects of Laozhiling Liquid on the cognitive changes and the platelet function in the patients with vascular dementia(VD).MethodsCognitive evaluation by the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL);patient Grouping: Laozhiling Group,39 cases; Ginkgo Group,32 Cases; control Group,26 cases,for patients with no organic disease in centre nervous system. Platelet activating factor(PAF), platelet adhesion test (PAdT),platelet aggregation test (PAgT) and α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) were determined.Results Score of MMSE was different statisticly with Control Group,and it was improved after treated with Laozhiling or Ginkgo; levels of PAF, PAdT ,PAgT and GMP-140 in VD patients were significantly different than that in Control Group; It was markedly improved after treated with Laozhiling or Ginkgo.ConclusionsIt was correlated between the pathophysiology of vascular dementia and changes of the platelet function; Laozhiling may relieve the cognitive injure by improve platelet function.
