高校科技管理创新中的知识产权战略探析

Analysis on Intellectual property Strategy in S&T Management Innovation of University

提出了科技管理中"三同步"的知识产权战略原则。从现代管理理论与科技管理的结合点入手,简要分析了知识产权战略对高校科技发展的影响,初步探讨了知识产权制度对科技成果转移的促进及保障作用。

Conception innovation and system innovation are most important in S&T management innovation of University. Traditional project-oriented S&T management mode must be changed. A new mode should be set up based on the combinations of following factors:cultivation of talents,project management,the construction of S&T base,intellectual property system. The principles of intellectual property strategy in S&T management are presented. In addition,it analyzes the promotion effects that intellectual property strategy towards the transformation of S&T achievements and its impact on S&T progress.
