摘要
简述我国加入WTO后涉及知识产权保护的应对策略;围绕实施技术转移开展研究,提出以企业为主体实施技术转移的官产学研结合与实践模式,有效促进高校科技成果转化。分别介绍了国内外产学研结合实践情况,以及上海交通大学基于保护知识产权的产学研结合、促进成果转化、实施技术转移的体制与措施等。
It describes the strategy related to IPR after China joined WTO. Around global TT,it suggests the concept and practice model of integration of industry-university-institute with industry as its main body in the purpose to stimulate the commercialization of S&T achievements in universities. Finally,it describes the practice at home and abroad including SJTU's practice model.
