关于平等服务与区分服务关系的思考

图书馆学术界长期以来对平等服务与区分服务的关系缺乏一个较为全面深入的探讨和较为一致的结论。本文尝试从以下思路入手来分析二者的关系 :先找出区分服务与平等服务两个原则中真正发生关联之处 ,继而对其进行甄别 ,找出不同本质的各种区分服务与平等服务之间的不同关系 ;

This paper analyzes the relation between the equal service and distinction service from the following aspects:by probation of the relation of two principles of the distinction service and the equal service to search the disparate relation between the distinction service and equal service; to analyse the equal service and distinction service of the dialectical relation from many aspects.
