本文在论证复合图书馆模式产生的必然性的前提下 ,探讨了复合图书馆的管理模式 ;即传统图书馆管理精华与现代图书馆数字化管理方法相结合。

Under the proof of the necessity of the producing of the compound library,this paper probes into the management model of the compound library, that is the new management model of combining the essence of the traditional library management with the digital management method of modern library.
