A Talk on the Development of County Libraries in the Central-Western of China

本文从善化生存发展环境的视角 ,探讨了中西部地区县级图书馆的能动。提出能动地确立目标、能动地抓住机遇、能动地开拓局面、能动地培育精神 ,是善化中西部地区县级图书馆生存与发展环境。

This paper researched the dynamic role of county libraries at central-western section area, from the angle of view which we will be able to improve survival and development environment.It pointed out to define an objective dynamically,to seize opportunity dynamically,to development a Situation dynamically,to cultivate a kind of spirit dynamically, all of them are the important behavior to the survival and development environment and promote the development of librariship.
