自动负荷升降系统在DCS上的实现及应用

摘要 针对扬子石化丁二烯生产装置,以达到负荷自动升降为目标,介绍了DeltaV DCS系统利用自身模块和SFC功能块的强大组态功能,对装置的控制回路进行改造,应用顺序控制策略,完成了自动负荷升降系统在其DCS上的实现及应用. In process industry, it is required that the load of production could be adjusted automatically, in order to adapt the need of market. This article introduces mainly the configuration of modules and SFC function block in DeltaV DCS in Yangzi Company, for the sake of reaching the target of automatic load control of the butadiene device. Just with the powerful configuration function of the system control loops reconstruction was finished and the SFC of automatic load control was designed. Finally this paper introduces the achieving of automatic load control in DCS, and its application by sequence control strategy.
