An important guarantee for promoting education for all-round development is to administrate the P.E. masters scientifically and give full play to every master's potential. This paper expatriates the concept of 'administration with the P.E. masters' abilities oriented' from how to cultivate their ability of working,how to stimulate their potential and how to give full play to their talents.
