摘要
轮胎性能直接影响汽车的各种性能,因此,它具有很重要的地位。随着计算机技术的发展,我们可以使用有限元法来分析轮胎的性能。文章介绍了采用ANSYS有限元程序非线性分析技术,利用三维体单元和层单元建立轮胎的三维有限元模型,根据非线性理论,模拟轮胎的各种工况,得到轮胎各部分的应力、应变以及变形情况。
Tire'e performance has a great effect on that of automobile. So, its situation is very impor
tant. With the development of the computer,we can analyze the characters of the tire by FEA. In this pa
per , we make use of the software ANSYS to find the 3D finite element model of tire. Solid - element and
layer-element were chosen. According to the non-linear theory, different conditions of tire were simulated.
As a result,the stresses,strains and deformations of tire were achieved.
