摘要
国有企业作为国民经济的重要承担者,拥有丰富的人力资源,特别是专业技术人员。随着中国市场的不断开放,国有企业面对人才的大量流失,如何既培养人才又能留住人才,是非常值得研究的课题。针对人力资源管理中的战略问题进行探讨。
As important mainstay of national economy, state-owned enterprises owned rich human resources, especially professional technicians. With constant open of China market, a great number of talented persons running off, how to cultivate and keep talented people is a subject worth studying. This article probed into strategic problem in human resources management.
