摘要
分析企业对员工培训的认识上存在的种种误区;提出培训对于员工改善工作态度、增长知识、掌握技能的重要性。企业需要通过有效的培训提高人力资源的素质。
Analyzed misunderstandings of enterprises about employees training; presented importance of education of employees for improving altitude towards work, acquiring knowledge and mastering technique. Enterprises should improve quality of human resources through efficient training.
