日粮中添加植物油对鸡肉中ω-6和ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸比例影响的研究

Research of Feeding Added Plantoil in Dietof Laying Hens on ω-6 and ω-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid Ratio in Muscle

60只 5 2周龄蛋鸡分为 5组 ,对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验组分别饲喂 3%的胡麻油、3%的菜籽油、3%的大豆油和 3%的花生油日粮 ,研究日粮中添加植物油对鸡肉中 ω- 6和 ω- 3多不饱和脂肪酸的比例分别比对照组下降 40 .80 %、36.81 %、2 2 %和 2 2 .42 %。肝脏中两者的比例试验组比对照组略有提高 ,试验 2和试验 3组分别提高 1 .66%和 1 .1 2 %。

week- old laying hens were divided into five groups.Contral was fed basal diet.Five experimentwere fed with 3% huma oil,3% rapeseed oil 3% ,soy bean oil and 3% peanut oil diet respective.We study effecting of added plant oil in diet of laying hens onω- 6 andω- 3Polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio in m uscle wats.Results show that:Production of laying hens were improved to add plant oil in diet(P <0 .0 5 ) .The experimen groupsω- 6 andω- 3Polyunsaturated fatty acid ratio in mus- cle was4 0 .80 %、36 .81%、2 2 %和 2 2 .4 2 % lower than contral respective.The ratio in live of experim ent groups2、3was 1.6 6 % and1.12 % higher than contral respective.
