采用 AC 10大口径毛细管柱测定水体中六六六、滴滴涕,样品经环己烷萃取后,无需 K -D 浓缩,用浓硫酸消除杂质干扰后即可直接进样,该方法操作简单,具有较好的灵敏度、准确度和精密度。

Quantitative determination was established for BHC and DDT in the water by GC with AC10 capillary column of the big caliber. The sample were extracted by hexamethylene alkyl. Don't need K-D concentrate, the oil of vitriol were added to avoid the interference of impurity and sent the sample to the GC. The method was very simple and have good sensitivity. accuracy and precision.
