摘要
文章对解决计量难题的思路、方法作了系统的论述,对模式构建的系统科学性、技术复杂性作了全面的论证。全文体现了人力资源价值计量的系统科学思想。
The article systematically deals with the train of thoughts and methods of solving the difficult problems of human resource measurement and demonstrates roundly the systematic science of the pattern structure and complicity of building the model. The whole article embodies the systematic science ideas of measuring the value of human resources.
